In Mexico,tequila is probably most often taken with a chaser of sangrita. This delicious cocktail from Northern Mexico combines those ingredients into a tall, refreshing drink that makes an excellent substitute for a Bloody Mary. 1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
1 1/2 ounces sangrita
Pour the tequila into a 12 - 16 ounces glass over ice. Add the sangrita, top with club soda and mix with a spoon. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink and leave it in the glass.
